Last week, we jumped into Spring with a few great external events! On Wednesday, the team was at a gorgeous 60th birthday party and finished the day onsite with Stella Maris in Rippleside.
On Thursday, we made our way to Anglesea for a private lunch catering event.

Another busy week for our ducks! We hosted four lovely events at Balmoral, had three catering drop-offs, and catered one fabulous offsite dinner in Laverton.
Once again, the team did a great job, as evident from this glowing review from the weekend! “Everyone was so happy with your beautiful and caring hospitality. The food was excellent and the service was amazing!”

Another fun and busy week at TD! Starting with Tuesday, when we headed out to Pirra Homestead to cater a private lunch.
On Wednesday, we hosted a conference at Balmoral for Fire Rescue Victoria. We also had a team out on the road to cater a private lunch in Anglesea.
And last night we had 200 people at Balmoral for Chamber After 5 and the announcement of the finalists of the Geelong Business Excellence Awards.

On the menu, a wide selection of canapés, mini meals and late-night bites. Featured here: beer battered potato cakes, chat masala pumpkin empanada, herb marinated grilled prawn skewer and panko crumbed pork belly.

2025 TRUFFLEDUCK MENU TASTING EVENT 🤍🍾
This weekend, we hosted some of our gorgeous 2025-2026 brides and grooms for a tasting of our new menu!
Guests started the day with a drink from our signature Truffleduck Gin Bar while they tasted a generous selection from our new canapé menu. Once they were seated, each couple was able to taste the wines in their specific package while enjoying a choice of main course. We finished the day with an affogato and a selection of delectable sweet pieces.
A big thank you to our wonderful team who worked so hard to bring this lovely weekend together. Special mention to our incredible kitchen team, who have put together another incredible menu for the upcoming season.
