With sweeping views to the Moorabool River through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that retract to allow unlimited access to lush green lawns, meticulously planned and maintained garden of majestic trees, formal hedges and stunning seasonal colour at every turn it really is the ideal space for the perfect party. Start in the garden and finish by dancing the night away on the deck under the stars.

Even if you don’t have 250 friends ‘Balmoral’ has many adaptions, one of which will suit your party perfectly. The main Riverview Room can be screened to create a more intimate space yet still retain openness, or it can be closed completely, and acoustically to become two independent spaces.

The original historic house has three rooms, each suitable for smaller more intimate parties.
